A Pre-Existing Medical Condition is any medical or psychological illness, disease or condition for which you or your travelling companion has received medical advice, treatment or medication within the last three years.

If you cannot be covered for your pre-existing condition, remember that the rest of your travel insurance will not be affected. You can purchase travel insurance for everything else through our site.

If there is any change of health between the date of purchase of your policy and the date of departure it’s essential to advise us as soon as possible.
