Travel Insurance Claims

If you wish to make a Travel Insurance Claim, please first check your Travel Insurance policy documents, to ensure that what you are claiming for is covered by your Travel Insurance policy.

Please then Telephone our Claims Helpline on 091 560 631 to obtain a Claim Form, giving your name and insurance reference number, and brief details of your claim.

All Travel Insurance Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your return home from your trip. Claims must be submitted on an original Travel Insurance Claim Form (copies not accepted), accompanied by original invoices, receipts, reports, etc.

Please refer to the relevant section of your Travel Insurance policy for specific conditions and details of the supporting evidence that we require when you are making a claim.

Please remember that it is always advisable to retain copies of all documents when submitting your Claim Form.
